Tracey Spatara LoCastro has been reporting since 1984 and began providing Realtime in 1993 when the technology was still in its infancy.

After 30 plus years of traveling the globe reporting Realtime in patent, tobacco and asbestos litigation, Tracey and Jamie launched TLS Reporting Incorporated in August of 2015.

In 1997, she was on the Realtime team covering the Engle class action tobacco trial in Miami, Florida. Tracey was the only reporter to cover all three phases of the Engle litigation.

Tracey also has experience in product liability class action trials and depositions; major commercial, multi-party trials and depositions; stock brokerage arbitrations; Realtime Internet trials, (2005 Coleman vs. Morgan Stanley trial streaming to over 40 Internet connections per day); international Realtime depositions in the countries of Italy, Venezuela, Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica, Bahamas, Grand Cayman, South Korea, China (Hong Kong). Her international work includes the Apple vs. Samsung patent litigation in 2012 where Tracey reported depositions on behalf of Apple in Seoul, South Korea.
